Registration Information

March 28 - 30, 2022 | A Hybrid Event

Online registration for Disability Policy Seminar is now closed. For those planning to attend in person, you can register onsite in DC March 27 – 29.

Registration Fees and Policies

By completing your registration, you are agreeing to comply with all Disability Policy Seminar health guidelines, including the World Health Organization, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and District of Columbia. Once your registration is submitted, you should receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact [email protected].

Please Note: Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required to attend the Disability Policy Seminar. A virtual option is available to those who are not vaccinated or are unable to travel to Washington, DC. For more information, please visit the Safety & Protocol page.

Standard Rates

The cutoff date for online registration is Wednesday, March 23.

Virtual attendees must register by Wednesday, March 23.

In-person attendees can register onsite from March 27-29.

Note that in-person & virtual rates are the same.

Scholarships and stipends are not available for this event.

Cancellation Requests

A cancellation fee of $25 will apply to all paid registrations. Cancellation requests must be received in writing by Sunday, March 13, 2022 to receive a refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received after Sunday, March 13, 2022. Submit all requests to Robin Powers via email at [email protected]. Refunds will not be given for no-shows. Attendee substitutions are gladly accepted. The Disability Policy Seminar reserves the right to review and refund all registration fees it deems appropriate.


To transfer your full registration prior to the seminar, please submit a written request to [email protected]. On-site transfers must be accompanied with proof of the original confirmation letter. Only one transfer is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the transfer request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution. Questions? Support and Accommodations

Those requiring accommodations to fully participate in the Disability Policy Seminar, please advise during the registration process for consideration. We cannot guarantee accommodation requests received within 45 days of the start of the event.


Registration and attendance at, or participation in, the Disability Policy Seminar constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant or attendees’ image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities by the Disability Policy Seminar and other third parties, including but not limited the venue, the host city and the host CVB.
