Self-Advocates & Students
Cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing 14 days in advance of the start of the event (by April 5, 2021). A refund of the full fee, minus a $25 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be issued for requests received after April 5, 2021. Submit all requests to Robin Powers via email at [email protected]. Refunds will not be given for no-shows. Attendee substitutions are gladly accepted. The Disability Policy Seminar reserves the right to review and refund all registration fees it deems appropriate.
To transfer your full registration prior to the seminar, please submit a written request to [email protected]. Only one transfer is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the transfer request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution. Questions? Scholarships and stipends are not currently available for this event.
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, the Disability Policy Seminar constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant or attendees’ image or voice in, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities by the Disability Policy Seminar and other third parties.
Presenting at the Disability Policy Seminar
We do not accept requests to speak at this event. The sponsoring partner organizations identify Congressional staff, policy experts, advocates, and others to speak.
