Registration Fees and Policies
To complete your registration, please answer all questions on the registration form and click the Submit button on the last page. You should receive an email that confirms your registration. If you do not receive a confirmation email, contact [email protected].
Online registration ends Friday, March 28. You can register onsite from April 7 to 9.
Registration includes access to all sessions, meeting materials, and advertised meals.

Health & Safety Protocol
The Disability Policy Seminar is committed to producing and delivering exceptional programming while focusing on the health and well-being of our attendees. Do not travel to the Disability Policy Seminar if you have a positive test result for any illness. You should not participate in sessions if you become sick at any time while attending. You should operate on the assumption that there are other attendees present who are at heightened risk for severe illness. By presenting yourself at the registration counter, you are confirming that you have observed the precautions described above.

Accessibility, Support, & Accommodations
For those who require accessibility accommodations to fully participate in the Disability Policy Seminar, please advise during the registration process for consideration. We cannot guarantee accommodation requests that are made less than 30 days before the start of the event.
Cancellation Requests
Cancellation request deadline: Friday, March 7, 2025
To receive a refund (minus a $50 cancellation fee), you must submit a cancellation request in writing to [email protected] by Friday, March 7. No refunds will be issued for requests received after the cancellation request deadline.
Refunds will not be given for no-shows. Attendee substitutions are gladly accepted. The Disability Policy Seminar reserves the right to review and refund all registration fees it deems appropriate.
Transfers
To transfer your full registration prior to the Disability Policy Seminar, please submit a written request to [email protected]. On-site transfers must be accompanied by proof of the original confirmation email. Only one transfer is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the transfer request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution.
Rights/Usage
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, the Disability Policy Seminar constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities by the Disability Policy Seminar and other third parties, including but not limited the venue, the host city, and the host CVB.
