To complete your registration, please answer all questions on the registration form and hit the Continue button on the last page. You should receive an email that confirms your registration. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please send an email to [email protected].

Registration includes:
- Live stream and recording of all plenary and breakout sessions until October 24, 2023.
- Access to the Fly-In Hill Day on April 27

Scholarships and stipends are not available for this event.
Group Registrations

Presenting at Disability Policy Seminar
We do not accept requests to speak at this event. The sponsoring partner organizations identify Congressional staff, policy experts, advocates, and others to speak.

Support and Accommodations
For those requiring accessibility accommodations to fully participate in the Disability Policy Seminar, please advise during the registration process. We cannot guarantee accommodation requests received within 14 days of the start of the event.
Cancellation Requests
A cancellation fee of $25 will apply to all paid registrations. Cancellation requests must be received in writing by Wednesday, April 19, 2023 to receive a refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received after Wednesday, April 19, 2023. Refunds will not be given for no-shows. Attendee substitutions are gladly accepted. Submit all requests to [email protected]. The Disability Policy Seminar reserves the right to review and refund  registration fees it deems appropriate.
Transfers/Substitutions
To transfer your full registration prior to the seminar, please submit a written request to [email protected]. Only one transfer is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the transfer request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution. Questions? Please send an e-mail to [email protected].
Rights/Usage
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, the Disability Policy Seminar constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant or attendees’ image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities by the Disability Policy Seminar and other third parties, including but not limited the venue, the host city, and the host CVB.
